Casting Dreams is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful outdoor experiences for youth enrolled in the Elements Youth Violence Intervention Program. Our mission is to foster healing, resilience, and positive development through the simple joys of nature—by reimbursing the costs associated with fishing excursions and beach tours designed specifically for these young participants.

We believe that every child deserves the chance to explore, relax, and grow in safe, inspiring environments. Through our support, we help break down financial barriers that prevent access to these restorative activities—offering kids not only a day on the water or sand, but also a powerful sense of peace, community, and possibility.
